NEXIS BUSINESS OS

Online booking that connects to your customer records.

Give customers a booking link for your services. A submitted booking creates a customer record and appears in the internal schedule, so your team can manage the next step in the same workspace.

From the customer’s first step to your next task

  1. Prepare a service

Add the service, price, duration and opening hours. Check staff availability before publishing your booking link.

  2. Let the customer choose

The customer opens the public booking page, chooses a service and an available time, and enters their contact details.

  3. Review the booking

Check the appointment and the resulting customer record in your workspace. Confirm that the service, time and assigned staff are correct.

  4. Organise the next step

Assign a follow-up task. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders require separate account setup, approved templates, consent and an active subscription.

Check these details before you launch

  • Make one sample appointment before sharing the link with customers.
  • Check the internal schedule; Google Calendar and Outlook synchronisation are not included in this description.
  • Online payment processing is not available. Agree payment arrangements separately.
  • Trial accounts do not send automated WhatsApp reminders. Test messaging after the required subscription and channel setup.

Does a booking automatically connect WhatsApp or my existing CRM?

No. Booking and customer records work inside Nexis. WhatsApp and external CRM connections require their own authorisation, configuration and testing. A public WhatsApp contact link is not the same as a connected API inbox.
