Report copyrighted content
Send a notice to privacy@nexisdigital.tech. Operator: NexisDigital, BIN 031105651391, Dostyk 5/2, Astana 010017, Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Identify the copyrighted work and the exact URL or location of the material you want reviewed.
- Give your name and contact details, and explain whether you are the rights holder or their authorised representative.
- Include a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent or law.
- Confirm the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
- Include your physical or electronic signature.
Review and repeat infringement
We review notices and may request clarification, restrict access to reported material and notify the uploader. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances. Users must hold the necessary rights or permission for content they upload or publish.
Disputed removal
If your content was removed in error, contact the same address with the location, removal reference and explanation. Where the US DMCA counter-notice procedure applies, we will provide the required process. Do not submit false claims or another person’s private information unnecessarily. We may share notice details with the affected uploader or claimant as needed to review the dispute.
